A New Life on an Aussie Outback Island - Dinkum Early Access - Episode 1

I apologize for the negativity in the first part of the video. I have never been so disheartened by a game before. I was also losing my voice by the point I got to what would be our island having read the intro and Fletch's lines every time. After filming this, I immediately went on discord/reddit to see if others have had this same experience and plenty have so this is something that the dev needs to rethink. One person had to reload the world over 50 times to get a semi-usable seed...50 TIMES! I'm still not too crazy about the world I have but I literally didn't have it in me to restart again!

The mine I was talking about was the deep mining permit. In one save, John wanted me to give him a cooked grub that is only available when you unlock the deep mine for 3,500 not the mining permit for 250! Again something that the dev needs to revisit. It is a real feel bad on Day 2 of your world...especially as a new player who has no idea what the item is so it's an auto-fail.

The totem for peaceful mode is actually a wishing well and it doesn't cost only 1,500 dinks...it is 50,000 dinks plus 150,000 dinks per wish, so even worse plus it is not first week materials!
