I couldn't find any detailed ranged builds for Kelly online so decided to create a video based on my own build that seems to pump out a lot of damage.

Some extra notes:

From doing some research it seems the Balance Bar stat is better to build into than Dismemberment. Therefore, the following builds from now on will switch the skills Divide and Conquer, and Surgical Strike to Stopping Power and Firm Grip.

For 'Deadly From A Distance' and 'Deadly Up Close' to be effective, you would probably need to put points into Long Shot. I have not done any tests on range as of yet. Here is a build with that in mind:

Long Shot 4/4 - Hollow Points 4/4 - Stopping Power 1/3 - Firm Grip 1/2 - Wig Splitter 4/4

Staying Power 3/3 - Quicker Picker upper 1/3 - Deadly From A Distance 3/3

Artful Dodger 1/3 - Deadly Up Close 3/3


Maximum damage Blunderbuss build (my current build):

Long Shot 1/4 - Hollow Points 4/4 - Stopping Power 1/3 - Firm Grip 1/2 - Wig Splitter 4/4

Staying Power 3/3 - Quicker Picker upper 1/3 - Deadly From A Distance 1/3 - Last Chance 4/4

Artful Dodger 3/3 - Deadly Up Close 2/3

This build provides a ton of damage with 'Hollow Points', 'Wig Splitter' and 'Last Chance' (if you have a one shot weapon) and the ability to escape with maxed out points in 'Staying power' and 'Artful Dodger.'
