Certificates of Translations: What you need to know about if you don't have an attorney

Описание к видео Certificates of Translations: What you need to know about if you don't have an attorney

Here is what you need to know about certificates of translations! When submitting documentation to USCIS, if you include any foreign language documents, you must also submit certified translations into English.

Failure to do so could result in rejection, or they might send a Request for Evidence, which only delays your petition further.

Usually, some documents that require a translation include birth certificates, death certificates, passports, marriage and divorce certificates, and academic transcripts.

Any document containing foreign language submitted to USCIS shall accompany a complete English language translation that the translator has certified as complete and accurate.
