My newest discovery in the quest for a perfect complexion has got to be this super lightweight-almost watery even, incredibly blend-able waterproof concealer Rainforest of the Sea from Tarte.
There is no need to rub or get too aggressive with the delicate under-eye area and this formula literally lasts all day once it sets.
As you can see from my application in the video, this concealer's coverage is just INSANE! A tiny bit goes a long way so be careful when you dab it under your eyes. I like to go over the whole area with a moistened Beauty Blender sponge in a pressing motion to make sure there are no finger "tracks" that will set into the fine skin area just before finishing up.
Really, I can't say enough about this amazing concealer. I used the Light/ Medium color which brightens as well as conceals what you need concealing.

TIP: I would test a small amount on the back of your hand to get used to the texture and coverage before using it under your eyes. It's an extremely pigmented and fast-drying formula.
