In this video I want you to understand the difference between the American Dream Series by Lennar and the Legacy Series by Lennar.

There are some major differences between these two series.

I want to start off by saying that I am only talking about Lennar Homes in Tampa. Including area such as Tampa, Riverview, Ruskin, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel...

I know Lennar Homes builds different products in different areas (even Orlando and Sarasota), but I am ONLY talking about Lennar in Tampa Bay.

The nice thing about Lennar Homes in Tampa is that everything is included. Stuff like: washer, dryer, fridge, blinds...

Overall, the American Dream Series more for the entrance level home buyer. They are smaller, scaled down, less expensive homes that compete with other new home builders like KB Homes, Centex Homes, and Express Homes.

The Legacy Series by Lennar is biggest, more beefed up, and a more expensive home. They compete with other new home builders like MI Homes, DR Horton Homes, and Taylor Morrison Homes.
