Filter coffee ☕ is one of the most Favourite of southindians , Making the perfect southindian filter coffee is an art .
So Here are a few steps to make a perfect Filter coffee

Here I Have used finest ‪@continentalcoffee6184‬ Filter coffee powder , traditionally roasted and Grounded using traditional method which gives the perfect authentic flavour of Filter Coffee ☕


STEPS :

▫️Into the filter coffee pot , add 2 tbsp of malgudi Filter coffee powder and press Gently ( Not too Hard).
▫️Next boil the water and pour the Hot water into the top chamber .
▫️Close the lid and Let it brew for 20 Minutes .
▫️Boil the milk and switch off the flame
▫️pour the milk back and forth for a few times to get the froth
▫️To the dabbara add 1 tsp sugar/ jaggery .
▫️pour ¼ of the glass with the decoction.
▫️Pour the Hot milk into the dabara, then pour the coffee back and forth a few times to mix and to bring the frothy Filter coffee
▫️"And your authentic Malgudi filter coffee is ready! Enjoy it with some traditional snacks like murukku or chakli!"
