Starts ou with flashes through Brookes most recent boyfriends [Julian, Owen, Lucas] after Nathan. Even though there all great guys none of them could compare to Nathan, but she picks the best out of the three Lucas who ends up proposing to her......she saids yes even though shes not 100% in love with him. Right when Lucas asked Brooke to marry him she thinks back to a fight her and Nathan had in which he tells her to move on b/c he doesn't want to be with her anymore (post basketball accident, he doesn't know how to deal with everything) and she didn't know what to do so she settles for 2nd best, Luke. No matter how hard she tries to move on w/ Lucas all she ca n think about is all the simlar times she had w/ Nathan and how he did things better. She is happy w/ Lucas but she'd rather be with Nathan. She doesn't know how to move on b/c he's alwyas on her mind. Nate told her theres plenty of guys out there to find someone elseand she tires but she still wants Nate. She feels guilty being with anyone thats not Nathan, like she gave up too soon. Then he comes to visit her and he tells her he made a mistake and he wants her back. But she tells him she's w/ Lucas. She hopes that finally having closure that she can move on and be happy. But she can't cause she really needs Nathan. She decides one day after seeing him jog by that she made the wrong choice and has to let him know. She thinks back to one other time when they were happy and that just verifys she needs him. She goes and tlks to him and they get back together. The last scene is them finally happy together.
