Writing 17000 words in 2 days at a DIY Writing Retreat

I was so close to almost finishing our rough draft of Project Caramel Latte, my urban fantasy mystery novel, and so I decided to institute a mini writing retreat. So today, I talk a little about how I did a DIY at home writing retreat, and then I do it! The plan was three days of at home writing retreat time, and, most importantly, I finish the draft!
