FFMQ is a reinterpretation of select songs from the original soundtrack for Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest, a video game released by Square in 1992 on the Super Nintendo.

This album is dedicated to Ryuji Sasai and Yasuhiro Kawakami, the original musicians that produced the soundtrack for Mystic Quest.
