Plastering has never been enjoyable to me. However, this week I tackled a bit of the plaster I need to repair. So much more to go!


Working on my own restoration projects always seems to take at least twice as long as projects for others. The woman that complains about the time it takes to finish anything is the very same woman that brings me hundreds of plants to put in the ground, flat tires to mend, and three dogs and a flock of chickens to care for. Throw in the trees I plant and my other random foolishness and it’s going to take forever to finish this old place.

It’s an interesting dynamic but so it goes.
