Hello and welcome to my piano tutorial channel. In this video, I will be teaching you how to play "The Fountain," which is part of the Etudes, Opus 109 by Friedrich Burgmueller.

Burgmueller was a German composer of the Romantic era, and his Etudes, Opus 109 are some of his most popular and challenging pieces. "The Fountain" is a particularly beautiful piece that showcases the composer's skill in creating delicate and expressive melodies.

As usual on my videos, the rythm is slower than the original, to make it easier to catch notes.

The recording is still made using the new Fazioli F308 Grand piano sound, thanks to Dore Mark’s SoundFonts (virtual musical instruments in sf2 format). This gives the piece a rich and authentic sound that perfectly captures the emotion and spirit of the music.
