Wow what a crazy experience to be apart of. This was the huge storm/tornado that swept nj Englishtown on Thursdays seeding/practice day. It was crazy. The weather in the day was super hot but we started to see huge dark clouds roll in as it got later. As soon as the pro spec seeding was finished they announced that everyone had to leave the stands cause of the incoming storm. Maybe 5 minutes later it hit. Insane winds and lots of rain. It was so bad that trees fell, the track had fences/signs falling, and the whole venue was ruined for the day. A pro drift car was also crushed by a fallen tree. They canceled and rescheduled the rest of the pro seedings for the next morning. The parking lot was also a mess. Ambulances everywhere helping people who got hurt and so many trees fell on peoples cars. I was so lucky in that I parked under a tree where the branch broke but fell the opposite direction of my car missing it and hitting the mustang. Hectic day for sure
