Join me as I invite you into my smudging ritual with Palo Santo. This is a ceremonious cleansing of the sense organs, and I typically follow it with a heart-felt honouring of the elements.

Whilst Palo Santo is not considered an endangered species (IUCN), it is locally over-harvested in areas and I recommend sourcing responsibly.
