Hello! I hope everyone stay safe and healthy!
Quick tip to practice "pulling" of footwork. Try to lift your front leg and let the gravity pull your balance down and forward; then when you are being tilt forward, pull the back leg with you.
It is okay if you feel you "push" your back leg while tilting forward. The key is that you DO NOT start the whole motion with pushing your back leg FIRST.
