✅ What to do ?
1. Check you Burp Suite version, if it is less than 2023.9 or higher that means it is an old version.

2. Go to "Burp Suite", than "Help", than "Check for updates" , if you find that the update is avaible, click on "Update Now"

3. In Burp Suite website, select the Community Edition or Professional Edition you want, than Select JAR file and click "Download" button

4. You will need to move the downloaded file into "/usr/share/burpsuite" to do that go to terminal navigate to Downloads folder than use this command "mv burpsuite_community_v20.23.9.2.jar /usr/share/burpsuite"

5. Now, you have to activiate JAR file, use "chmod +x burpsuite_community_v20.23.9.2.jar"

6. Change the old JAR file to .old, use "mv burpsuite.jar burpsuite.old"

7. Now, rename the now JAR to burpsuite, use "mv burpsuite_community_v20.23.9.2.jar burpsuite.jar"

8. Now to run the Burp Suite, in terminal use "burpsuite"
