Jadson André learned to surf at Ponta Negra Beach in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte.

He joined the QS in 2008 and the WSL Championship Tour in 2010, where he won the Santa Catarina Pro in Imbituba. Jadson is also a junior world champion and won the 6-star Prime event in Durban in 2009.

In recent years, he has been alternating between the CT and the Challenger Series.
