Paneer -400 gms
Oil- 5 -6 tbsp
Onions-2-3
Green chili chopped -3 or to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Tomato -3-4
For the special masala [grind to a powder ]
Cumin-1/4 tsp
Fennel or Saunf- 1/2tsp
Peppercorns-1/2tsp
Cloves -2
Cardamom -2
Cinnamon-1/4 inch stick
Star Anise - 3 petals
Bayleaf -1
Curry leaves - a handful
Coriander leaves - handful finely chopped
