This is a VERY simple little side dish that doesn't take too much work, does it take that many ingredients. Yuca Frita/Fried Yucca (Cassava) is a cool little flip on the normal french fries you most likely love. Heck I know fries are one of my weaknesses lol. Seriously though guys this is a very inexpensive way to dip your toes into those international cooking waters. Make sure to give this one a try when you do take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

3 pounds yuca
Water
3 cups canola oil
Salt
