Similar to the first Final Fantasy, I played the PSP version of the second one a few years back, but I gave up when I saw how many random encounters there were :( However, the Pixel Remaster version solves this problem completely as it allows you to enable or disable them at your leisure. Moreover, the game provides you with plenty of boost options that can speed up the process of levelling up. I definitely had fun playing this. Final Fantasy II is a fantasy role-playing video game developed and published by Square in 1988 for the Family Computer as the second instalment of the Final Fantasy series.
