Ashish Toshniwal, PayPal mobile app creator and founder of Y Media Labs, shared the keys to successful agency-client relationships and how to execute customer research effectively. He also talked about the best practices for communicating throughout the product lifecycle.

Ashish graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He has worked for numerous growing technology companies post graduation and decided that Silicon Valley is what he wanted to call home. He eventually got an itch to build his own company and saw mobile was just starting to take off. He dove in feet first and asked, “How hard could this be?” 8 years later, Y Media Labs has over 200 employees worldwide and have helped over 21 Fortune 500 companies achieve success in mobile.
