1 tablespoon Kashmiri lal mirch powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
Whole garam masala - bay leaf, green cardamom, black cardamom, black pepper, laung, dalchini
Salt, to taste
3-4 tablespoons mustard oil or vegetable oil
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
1 tbsp desi ghee
