Day 65 & 66 on Japan's Tokai Nature Trail 東海自然歩道 Hiking from Osaka to Tokyo

Hiking Japan's Tokai Nature Trail (Tokai Shizen Hodo) 東海自然歩道.

Documenting a long-distance hiking trail between Osaka and Tokyo.

Day 65: An early start had me pushing to the Shizuoka-Yamanashi border before sunrise. The long climb took the wind out of my sails and by afternoon I skipped the final climb of the day and road walked to the station.
Day 66: Over a month later, I returned to the Hodo to belt out that last little hump in preparation for a mammoth day 67 - stay tuned for that one.
