Post Knee Surgery Scar Tissue Breakdown || ASMR Chiropractic

Angel came in 4 weeks after a knee surgery to help speed up her recovery process. Her surgery consisted of scar tissue removal, meniscus repair, and floating cartilage removal. Her knee was still a bit swollen with limited range of motion.

I did Active Release Technique mostly on her knee to break up scar tissue and to help loosen up the surrounding musculature. I also gave her a reading about moving out of her parent's home which she was carrying - a bittersweet feeling for her. And I did a full body adjustment including extremities and Y Strap.

I tried to include more information on the anatomy I was working on and tried to expalin what I was doing during the treatment.
