Its geometry and everything in nature, is geomety.
Flower of life is a name of this basic structure of creasion, its the structure that brings matter to its existence.
When you adding spirit, consciousness or divinity to geometry is becoming sacred geometry.
The thing is, i do believe and feel that everything is sacred!

The flower of life is the pattern, but life and nature is constantly moving.
The plants are growing in a spiral movement toward the light, the sun, the fire.
The spiral, the fibonacci is the flow and movement of creasion.
Hoop dance is a practice that brings you into the body, a active meditation and concentration where you dance in and through sacred geometric spiraling patterns.

Its centering you, connecting you, to your inner universe, the source, the nature that is moving all inside of us.

We are geometry, we are nature.
We are the flower of life, here to blossom and shine in the beauty we wish to see in this world.
