Elizabeth highlights the importance of innovation & creativity in gathering feedback of older people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

She draws upon culturally inclusive approaches to consulting with diverse older people & highlights how a “one size fits all” approach to consumer consultation in aged care can exclude valuable input from older people.

The conference was held by The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing & sponsored by the Department of Health, Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) program.
