In July 2021, a landslide led to the failure of a slope along the Panhala Fort Road in Maharashtra, India. Tensar provided a slope rehabilitation solution using the TensarTech® Sierrascape system which featured a 25m high multi-tiered reinforced soil slope; the system was designed with drainage arrangements to accomodate surface and subsurface water from lake outlets and road drains. A rapid solution allowed reconstruction works to be completed in six months.
