In this episode I show you how I modified a cheap tank bag to work on a Safari Tank fitted to a DR650 but this mod should work on just about any plastic fuel tank with a raised fuel filler spout like the one found on the Safari Tank.
The tank bag I used cost under $30.00 Canadian and is fairly good quality. Anyone who has a plastic gas tank knows that a lot of the tank bags available will not work as they rely on magnates to hold them onto steel tanks and therefore do not work at all on a Safari Tank.
