Blenheim Palace Walk: Discovering England's Biggest House & the Birthplace of Churchill

Blenheim Palace is in the pretty town of Woodstock, Oxfordshire and has been called "the finest view in England", offering a fascinating glimpse of British history.

The palac is one of England's largest houses and was built between 1705 and 1722 , designed by Sir John Vanbrugh.

Blenheim Palace sits at the edge of the picturesque town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire and is only a twenty-minute journey from the city of Oxford.

Blenheim Palace is home to the 12th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough and it was at Blenheim Palace on the 30th November 1874 at 1.30am that Winston Churchill was born.

Blenheim Palace was a gift from a grateful Queen Anne to John Churchill.

Blenheim Palace is one of the largest and most accomplished aristocratic country residences in England.
