This is part 16 of a series about an early 1961 Wheel Horse model 401 lawn and garden tractor. In this video I change part of the governor to match the push-pull type throttle on this tractor. That requires adjusting the governor after putting it back together so I show that process.
The plan was to take this tractor apart, clean it and put it back together, fixing what's wrong along the way.
