24 Hours at a Luxury Safari Lodge - Etosha Village Namibia

With one full day, how much can you do at an African safari lodge? With our last full day at Etosha Village in Namibia we set out to find the answer.

After an amazing day in Etosha National Park, just a few kilometers up the road from our lodge, the day before, we decided to try out a sampling of the activities around the lodge for our last full day in the area. We kicked off our day with a sunrise hike through the forest reserve on the lodge property. Afterwards, we drove off property to check out Etosha Trading Post, a neat little store with souvenirs as well as food for us to restock for our last night camping. After relaxing by the pool for the afternoon, we wrapped up our day with a sunset drive to the top of a hill overlooking the national park and forest reserve.
