Paul Salamunovich, my friend and mentor, dispenses his wisdom and experience and special brand of humor to my church choir as we learn to perform Sicut Cervus (and all the music we will ever sing) with sensitivity and beauty. My favorite line, he talks about singers who stare at their music, "why DO they look up?." He loved to pass on his experience- it is well distilled in this short amount of time.
