Air Fried Rice Balls - We're Stuffed!
Ingredients:
Leftover Short Grain Rice or Risotto
Vegan Cheese
Vegan Meatballs
Vegan Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs
Avocado Spray Oil
Wet your hands and form balls with the cold rice. Hide a little meatball or chunk of cheese in the center of each ball. Roll in the breadcrumbs and place on a cookie sheet. Spray with oil and bake in an air-fryer or with convection for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool slightly before enjoying - If ball is falling apart place in some plastic wrap and reform. Balls will stay together better as they cool completely.
