And also, disable the cloud sync for origin in its settings, that's a cause for this to happen too.
Make sure the game runs in NORMAL PRIORITY in the task manager.

if you didn't get the video, go to search, type "%temp%", open that folder, and delete everything in that temp folder, they are temporary cache files so dw its safe.
