I'm playing peaceful piano instrumental worship music with scripture for mediation on the theme of "God Our Help". May this be a blessing to you and remind you that God is our refuge and strength, He is a very present help in trouble.

Here are the 10 scriptures I used...
1. Psalm 121:1–2
“I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.”

2. Psalm 46:1
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

3. Psalm 54:4
“Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.”

4. Isaiah 41:10
“Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

5. Deuteronomy 33:26
“There is none like God… who rides through the heavens to your help.”

6. Psalm 70:5
“I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer.”

7. Psalm 63:7
“For you have been my help, and in the shadow of your wings I will sing for joy.”

“Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield.”
