3 years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Then one day I saw a Tedx talk video about reversing type 2 diabetes by Dr. Sarah Hallberg. That's when my journey started in reversing type 2 diabetes. It wasn't an easy task there were a lot of struggles and adjustments. On this vlog with the help of sugarotect I'm really close to non diabetic levels. I hope this video will help those with diabetes like me. Also sugarotect is not a cure to diabetes. Gymnema sylvestre is a perennial woody vine that grows in tropical areas of India, Africa, and Australia and has been used for medicinal purposes in Ayurvedic medicine. Common names include gymnema, Australian cowplant, and Periploca of the woods, and the Hindi term gurmar which means “sugar destroyer.”

Andrographis paniculata is an erect annual herb extremely bitter in taste in all parts of the plant body. The plant is known in north-eastern India as Maha-tikta, literally "king of bitters", and known by various vernacular names. As an Ayurveda herb it is known as Kalmegh or Kalamegha, meaning "dark cloud". It is also known as Nila-Vembu in Tamil, meaning "neem of the ground", since the plant, though being a small annual herb, has a similar strong bitter taste as that of the large Neem tree (Azadirachta indica). In Malaysia, it is known as Hempedu Bumi, which literally means 'bile of earth' since it is one of the most bitter plants that are used in traditional medicine.

Moringa oleifera is the most widely cultivated species in the genus Moringa, the only genus in the plant family Moringaceae. Common names include moringa,drumstick tree(from the long, slender, triangular seed-pods), horseradish tree(from the taste of the roots, which resembles horseradish), and ben oil tree or benzoil tree(from the oil which is derived from the seeds).

Garcinia gummi-gutta is a tropicalspecies of Garcinia native to Indonesia. Common names include Garcinia cambogia" a former scientific name, as well as brindleberry,Malabar tamarind,and kudam puli "pot tamarind".
