Bible Basis: James 4:1-10

Bible Truth: James asserts that loving and obeying God opens the door to God’s blessings and frees us from conflicts and disputes.

Memory Verse: "Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded." James 4:8

Lesson AIM: That we will ACCEPT James’ teaching about the source of conflicts and his prescription for avoiding them; REPENT of attitudes and behaviors that keep adults mired in conflicts and disputes; and DEVELOP ways to draw near to God in humble submission.
