We’ve been living in Buenos Aires for almost three years — but this time, we decided to see the city like tourists for a day.

In this video, my boyfriend and I explore Buenos Aires on a hop-on hop-off bus, starting from Chinatown and traveling through Belgrano, Palermo, Recoleta, Retiro, San Nicolás, Monserrat, San Telmo, and La Boca.

Even though these neighborhoods are very familiar to us, seeing them from the second floor of a double-decker bus gave us a completely new perspective on the city.

We walk around the city center, see the guards near Casa Rosada, have lunch in a French restaurant in San Telmo, experience the football atmosphere in La Boca, and end the day riding back home in the rain.
