Top 10 Most Powerful Keywords in MTG

Keyword abilities in Magic the Gathering are shorthand representations of rules text. Instead of including the full rules text for when a creature deals damage before other creatures in combat, designers are free to shorten it to just “First Strike.” These keywords free up space in a card’s textbox and unify similar cards in a way easy to notice at a glance. Today we’ll be looking at some of the strongest keywords in Magic the Gathering and what has made them so potent.
