a long overdue lazer update

you could argue that every osu! lazer update feels like it's long overdue, but this one has both an 8 year old bug and the legacy key counter, so it deserves the extra overdue-ness.

this update kinda covers every changelog since our last proper lazer update video (   • everything that changed in the last 3...  ). if you read those changelogs already, we're proud of your literacy. for the rest of you, watch the video.
