Ingredients
1/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp matcha powder
2/3 cup pistachio milk

Chocolate Foam
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp dairy free whipping cream
1/2 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl and add hot water. Whisk it together in a zigzag motion.
2. Add honey to the matcha mixture and mix well with a spoon. Set aside.
3. To make the foam, use a hand held frother to beat the ingredients until thick and frothy (just enough so you can pour).
4. Fill 1/3 of the glass with ice.
5. Pour the milk into the glass and add the matcha mixture.
6. Top off the drink with the chocolate foam and dust with cocoa powder.
