Almond Coconut Butter | பாதாம் தேங்காய் வெண்ணெய்: | Smooth Delicious Butter

Ingredients:

Almond - 1/2 Cup
Freshly grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Cinnamon Powder - a pinch
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Method Of Preparation  :

1.Soak the Almonds in hot water for 15 mons and Peel off the skin.
2.Roast the peeled Almonds until it turns golden brown, let it cool.
3.Add the roasted almonds to mixer along with grated Coconut and Cinnamon Powder.
4.Grind the ingredients and add sugar to it and grind again.
5.Once it starts to oozes oil ,add Coconut oil and grind until it forms a smooth paste consistency, this may take more than 10 mins.
6.Add some more oil if needed in this process.
7.Store this in airtight container, stays fresh when refrigerator for days.

Tips :

1.Make use of freshly grated Coconut for better results.
2.Almonds can be used without Soaking and Peeling ,butter the color of the butter changes to light pale color.
3. Cinnamon & Sugar is optional ,which is added for flavor & Sweetness.
