If you’re turbo is not working, one of the first things that you can do is a turbo boost leak test. In order to do this you need to isolate the turbo boost system by blocking off the air box and the intake manifold. You need to find something that will effectively block these off. I find that soup cans are the correct diameter and effectively block off the system. Then connect the smoking machine up to the snorkel, and start the pump smoke into the system. The smoke machine uses a lot less pressure than and air compressor hose for a pressure test. I don’t like putting so much pressure on the system, and then hoping that one of the plugs don’t pop out right at you. It’s a little unnerving. The smoke test has a lot less pressure and it gives you the visual that you need in order to find the leak. Once you fix the leak you can use the smoke Machine to test to make sure everything is stable. Hope you found the video useful
