Ingredients:

1-1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup shortening
1-1/4 cup light brown sugar,packed
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1-3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda

preheat your oven to 175°C and line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Bake for 8 minutes then cool on a cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cookies will firm up once the cool down.
