Oral Question 1: What are the important features of 8051 Microcontroller?
From Today, we are going to start a new series of Oral questions on the 8051 microcontroller.
First important question related to the 8051 microcontroller is:
1) What are the important features of 8051 Microcontroller?
• The most important feature of 8051is it is having 8-Bit CPU
• It is having 128 bytes of RAM which is used to store the data temporary.
• 8051 is having 4K Bytes of on chip ROM to store the program which we write for 8051. ROM is also called as code memory.
• Two, 16-bit Timers are there in 8051 microcontroller.
• 8051 also have 32 Input/Output pins which get divided in four parallel ports
• In 8051 total 5 Interrupts are there.
• In 8051 one serial port which is Full Duplex.
• It is a 40 Pin IC.
