Naturally carbonated, Fizzy & full of probiotics! 😋

You just need basic ingredients to make this incredible drink 🍻
* Pineapple -1
* Water - 2lit.(boiled & cooled it , then use)
* Brown Sugar - 150-200gm
* Cinnamon sticks - 2-4nos
* Star anise - 2-3nos

You can also add some cloves , cardamom , lemongrass , ginger , black pepper.

This is a two stage of fermentation:
1- First fermentation to activate the natural micro organisms. In a Jar put pineapple skin, brown sugar, spices, water and cover it with muslin clothe. Fermentation usually take 48 to 72 hrs. Then you will see a froth on top of the jar and it’s ready for stage 2 fermentation.

2- Bottled fermentation to make naturally carbonated. Which we have to keep for 1-2 day at room temperature. If you want to ferment it for longer, make sure you open the cap and release the CO2 once.

Now its ready & you can store in a fridge or have it with ice and slice of orange / lemon. Cheers🍻🍻
