Going solo

In December 2023 I decided to head over from Mallorca to mainland Spain for a week long gravel bike-packing adventure. I love a point-to-point journey, so I took the ferry to Barcelona and gave myself a week to ride around 800km to finish in Valencia where I could get the ferry home to Mallorca.
Sometimes we all need a bit of purpose (other than training) to our riding, and with a big ultracycling race looming in February this mini adventure was a great way to test myself while exploring the beautiful Spanish countryside.
