Sneak peek into J10LM M - Turn Mill Center

Pratheekraj JS, Assistant Engineer, AceMicromatic Group, offered a sneak peek into the J10LM M turn-mill center, an advanced addition to Ace Designers Limited's machine lineup. He shared how this advanced machine, equipped with either FANUC or Siemens controller, brings incomparable versatility to the shopfloor.

Highlighting its impressive capabilities, he described the machine’s swing-overbed diameter of 550mm and a maximum spindle speed of 5000rpm. He also pointed out its motor ratings and efficient hydraulic system,ensuring that it runs smoother than a well-oiled machine—even under pressure.The 12 station axial turret comes with VDI30 tooling in standard packaging. It supports the Rotary tool with a 2.2 kW motor-producing 12N mtorque. This machine isn’t just turning heads; it’sturning metal with precision.

He also compared the J10LM M to its predecessor, the standard J10 model, notingsignificant upgrades like an increased spindle load and a trio of turretoptions, including hydraulic, servo, and bidirectional turrets. This new turnmill center is designed to improve operational efficiency, underlining AceMicromatic Group’s dedication to pushing the boundaries ofwhat’s possible in modern manufacturing.
