The Barbarian is the Ancestral Supplements Rite of Passage that pushes us to our physical and mental limits. Throughout history, Humans have thrived when they seek out challenge and embrace it. This is our modern version of this rite.

The Barbarian (Male):
1 Mile
⚔️70lb Ruck Sack
⚔️ 70lb Kettlebells (per hand)
⚔️ 120lb on Sled (on Asphalt)
⚔️ 20lb Ankle Weight

The Barbarian (Female):
1 Mile
⚔️ 50lb Ruck Sack
⚔️ 53lb Kettlebells (per hand)
⚔️ 85lb on Sled (on Asphalt)
⚔️ 20lb Ankle Weight
Rules:
Once the pack and ankle weights are on, they cannot come off.
No sitting on the sled.
No support straps.

The key to making life feel exciting and interesting is change and primal purpose. Novelty is what our DNA expects.

In the modern world, we do the same things over, and over, and over. We just sort of exist on autopilot. Try to foster interest by changing everything - sleep differently, eat differently, move differently - and work to become a greater level of mind, body and spirit.
