Decoupage is the art of gluing decorative paper to an object in order to adorn and embellish it. In this tutorial, I create my own wall art with leftover flooring that would ordinarily end up in a landfill. I decoupaged the flooring with my blue Greek-style rice paper. I used an old Dollar Tree sign as the backing.
