A Cebby Story: You & Me Season 1 Ep 13

Scene- Debby's House
Chase was playing his guitar when he noticed Cole getting out of the car. Chase smiled. Debby was in her room, getting ready for the dinner.

Chase: Hey, sis! Your date's here!
Debby: Don't you dare say anything!

Chase opened the front door even before Cole could ring the bell.

Chase: Hi, Cole.
Cole: Hi?
Chase: Come in. Debby's in her room.
Cole: Thanks? Is something wrong? You're smiling weird.
Chase: I have a secret to share.

Chase put his arm around Cole.

Cole: Okay?
Chase: Deb-

Before Chase could finish his sentence, Debby grabbed Cole and went out the door.

Debby: Bye, Chase. Let's go, Cole.
Cole: A simple 'I'm ready' is fine with me. You don't have to pull me to my car.
Debby: We're already late. You don't want to hear Chase's lecture.
Chase: Oh, he really need to.
Debby: Where's Dylan?
Cole: Caught up at work. Something wrong with his William & Shady product.

Scene- Cinema
Matt: Are you sure that Cole will finally tell Debby? I mean, you didn't even give him a head start.
Dylan: When you give a guy an hour and a girl he likes, he won't just sit down there and do nothing.
Matt: Let me rephrase that sentence. When you give COLE an hour and a girl he likes, he WILL just sit down there and do nothing. What else do you think those two were doing whenever they were alone at Vancouver?
Dylan: That was months ago. Besides, it's Valentines' Day. They can't escape the topic.
Matt: You two hate Valentines'.
Dylan: We only hate it if it involves money. Now, come one. I have to get the tickets before they're all sold out. It'll ruin my plan.
Matt: [sarcastic] It'll definitely will.

Dylan sighed. Matt could be right. What if Cole kept quiet about it like he always does?

Dylan: [thoughts] Come on, Cole. Just tell her already.

Scene- Outside a Restaurant
Cole: What do you mean there's no reservation?
Waiter: I'm sorry, sir. There is no reservation at seven.
Debby: Check under the name of Zoey Deutch.

The waiter checked on his computer.

Waiter: Ms Deutch's dinner reservation is at eight. You still have an hour to spare.
Cole This can't b-

Cole paused. He and Debby turned to each other.

Cole & Debby: Dylan.

Scene- Cinema
Dylan felt his phone vibrating. He looked over at Matt and pointed to his phone.

Dylan: Excuse us, girls. We need to go to the gents.
Zoey: Together?
Matt: We heard the toilet's haunted.

Brenda and Zoey looked at the boys weirdly. Dylan pushed Matt and they went into the toilet.

Dylan: Haunted!?! That's all you got?
Matt: I don't see you with a better excuse.
Dylan: Can't you just say that we both need to pee?
Matt: That's a good excuse.

Dylan shook his head and took out his phone. It was a missed call from Cole. Before he could dial Cole's number, his phone vibrated again. It was his brother. He answered the phone.

Cole: Could you explain why Debby and me are sitting on a kerb outside the restaurant that we were supposed to have dinner at!?!
Dylan: I lied.
Cole: You what!?!
Dylan: I lied.
Cole: I know that!
Dylan: Look, you got an entire hour to yourself and you have Debby with you. Do the maths, little men.
Cole: No, you do the maths. What do you get when you have an angry twin and a furious friend?
Dylan: That's too much maths for me. Anyway, if Debby ask, just tell her we're at the movies and I'll explain the rest later.
Cole: No way. You're hav-

Dylan hang up. He gave a thumbs up to Matt and they re-joined the girls.
